When do sessions begin?
What are the class timings?
In person, the academic sessions begin every year in September and continue till the end of June and the Gurmat Camp is held in the month of July. Due to COVID-19, there is a possibility that the classes might start a month early or end a month later.

Normal Operations
The in-person Punjabi classes are held once a week every Saturday OR Sunday from 10AM - 1PM and Online once a week every Sunday from 10:30AM-12:30PM.

During COVID related Precautions
In-person classes are not held due to COVID. Instead, online classes are held every Sunday from 10:30AM -12:30PM.

The Kirtan classes (in-person or online) are held twice a week; 6:00 PM -8:00 PM on Fridays and 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM on Sundays.
When is course material ex. books, worksheets etc provided and how can students access it?
The course workbooks, are provided at the beginning of the session to every student.
What if I have lost my course workbook?
New workbook can be purchased by visiting the school office for a fee of $10.
What is the minimum enrollment age for students who wish to attend Ramgarhia Khalsa School?
The minimum age accepted for admission for students is 6 years for the Punjabi classes and Gurmat Camp, and 7 years for the Kirtan classes.
When can I register?
Registrations for new sessions begin in July prior to the September session every year. Registration can be done online, or in person at the Gurdwara Millwoods Cashier Office located in the gurdwara lobby (main level) or at the school office.
Do I need to fill any registration forms?
Yes, registration forms are available on the School website or in-person at the school office or at the Gurdwara Millwoods Cashier Office located in the gurdwara lobby on the main level .
How do I report my child’s absence?

How is student progress evaluated?
Progress evaluation is based on student’s exam performance and attendance.
Do Students need to wear any uniform?
Yes, students are required to wear the school uniform: Royal blue color: Dupatta, Turban or Patka, Salwar and/or pants and White color: Kameez or Shirt.
